Beyond the connections we’ve cultivated within our studio space, as a cohort under a larger community umbrella at the School of Art, we’re unified by the relationships we’ve developed to certain amenities. Parnassus is the coffee shop in the basement of the Art Building at UW. Speaking on behalf of all of us as students, faculty members, and guests, Parnassus has offered a comforting space to retreat to when caffeine is needed most. This shirt also serves as an emblem to the last few punches I had on my personal card. May we all be able to use our punch cards again someday in the future when Parnassus opens up.
